SKYPE SESSIONS for STRESS + ANXIETY RELIEF
Goli can conduct a one-on-one Skype session with you out of the comfort of your home or office. After a brief “checking-in” with you, she will share her expertise and natural tools of: mindfulness and relaxation techniques, breathing, simple yoga sequences that she has taught thousands, helping them to soothe and relieve stress, anxiety and panic. Goli will assist you to create a calm mind, physical ease, and gain control of your mind-body (rather than letting stress or anxiety control you.)
Sessions are either a 1/2 hour or 1 hour (and are designed for students outside of Los Angeles.)
